-Smoking tobacco can lead to gum disease, as well as lots of other disorders for your body.
-Eating tough candies such as lollipops can fracture your teeth, so opt for softer foods.
-Chewing on pen caps can weaken your chompers enamel; we’ve seen it many times.
-Grinding teeth during sleep, called bruxism, damages both your sleep and your teeth; talk to us about a night guard if you think you clench your teeth during the night.
-Blindly eating food without filtering through it for hard pieces such as bones can result in a split tooth.
-Spit out gum that you’ve chewed for sixty minutes or longer and replace it with a fresh piece if you want more.
